Using KORA
KORA is a relationship-intelligence CRM: you capture interactions and KORA structures them into contacts, companies, deals, and a timeline. You're responsible for having the right to store the information you capture, including any personal data about third parties.
Your data, your ownership
You own everything you put into KORA. We never train AI on it (see the Privacy policy). You can export or delete it at any time.
The AI drafts; you confirm
KORA's AI extraction is a draft you review and confirm. It never writes your CRM state on its own. Extraction is accurate but not infallible; you're in control of what gets saved.
Who may use KORA
KORA is a tool for work, and you must be 18 or over to use it. By creating an account you confirm that you are, and that you are using KORA for a business or professional purpose rather than a personal one. It is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Availability & changes
We work to keep KORA reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. These terms may change; we'll tell you about material changes. Questions about these terms? Email info@koraxp.com.
