The CRM for relationships.

You remember everything right now. By tomorrow, you won't. Kora gives it a home.

Voice, text, a photo. It writes up every contact, every company, every deal, and every promise you made. A complete record that grows with every conversation.Nothing to fill in. Nothing fades. You just confirm.

RecordingsNotesSnapshotsThree ways in: a voice note, a line of typing, or a photograph.

Proposal as a team plan

Hi Elena,

Following our call, I am redoing the proposal as a team plan rather than per seat.

I will send the reworked version over once it is ready.

SendDraft

Kora writes the draft. You send it.

A record stays a draft until you press Confirm.

what you end up with

Every conversation, already written up.

Who you spoke to, what they want, what you promised and when it is due. It is all in your CRM by the time you close the laptop, and none of it was typed.

Kora works like this

Every field, traced back to the words you said.

One capture, as a diagram. voice, text, image arrive at capture, then draft, then confirm, and leave as contact, company, deal, follow-up. The pipeline stops at confirm and waits: every record arrives unconfirmed, and confirming it is what makes it count. The contact and company were matched to records the workspace already held.

Reach almost anyone, through somebody you already know.

Everything it does

One workspace, from the thing you said to the message you send.

Capture

Three doors, none of them a form.

  • Recordings

A voice note after a call. Kora transcribes it and reads it.

  • Notes

A line of text, punctuated however you actually type.

  • Snapshots

    A business card, a whiteboard, a screenshot.

  • Spreadsheets

CSV or Excel. You approve the column mapping before a row is written.

Understand

What Kora makes of it, and where each value came from.

  • Drafted records

The contact, the company, the deal and the promise you made.

  • Matched to what you have

People and companies are matched to records you already have, and anything that disagrees with them is flagged.

  • AI columnsPro

Write a prompt as a column header. Where your notes do not say, the cell stays empty.

  • Background

The summary Kora keeps on a person, rewritten as you capture more.

  • ConnectionsPro

Who knows who, and which of them can introduce you.

Act

What you do next, and what Kora will do for you.

  • Follow-ups

What you promised and when, on one screen that is allowed to be urgent.

  • Pipeline

One pipeline as a list, a table, or a board you drag a deal across.

  • EmailPro

Connect Gmail or Outlook. Kora writes the message from your own records and fills your compose window. You press send.

  • WhatsAppPro

The same message, opened in WhatsApp with the text already in the box.

  • AgentPro

Ask in plain language. Reads happen at once, reversible changes come with an undo, and anything consequential waits for your yes.

Keep

The workspace around all of it.

  • Everything, exportable

Contacts, companies, deals and interactions, as four CSVs or one Excel workbook, on every plan.

  • Your team

Seats and roles, comments on a record, and a workspace activity feed.

  • Saved views

The filter you keep coming back to, kept.

  • Notifications

What changed while you were not looking.

are not training data.

Never training data
Nothing you capture trains a model, ours or anybody else's. The extraction runs on infrastructure contractually barred from it.
Yours to take
One CSV each for contacts, companies, deals and interactions, or one Excel workbook with a tab per entity. Any time, on any plan.

Questions

What people ask first.

  • What happens when Kora gets something wrong?

You fix it before it counts. Every capture arrives as a draft you can edit in place, and anything that disagrees with a record you already have is flagged. It stays a draft until you press Confirm, and correcting a field is never metered.
  • Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Not by us, and not by anyone we send it to. Every model in the production path runs on infrastructure that is contractually barred from training on what passes through it, and that is enforced by the stack rather than by a policy. The long version is on the security page.
  • I already have a CRM. Can I move?

Export your contacts and companies as CSV or Excel and upload the file, up to 5 MB. You map the columns and see the mapping before a row is written; anything matching a record you already have waits for you to merge, create or skip. Deals do not import yet.
  • Does it work with Gmail, LinkedIn or my calendar?

Gmail and LinkedIn, in a deliberately narrow way. Kora writes the draft from your own records; for LinkedIn it hands you the text to paste, because it holds no LinkedIn session and cannot post as you. For email you choose: let Kora open your Gmail compose window with the message filled in and send it yourself, or connect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox on a paid plan so Kora can send it for you. Connecting is explicit, it asks only for permission to send, and you can disconnect at any time. No calendar integration today.
  • What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

AI capture stops. The CRM keeps working for as long as you like: create and edit records, import and export. Upgrade when you want AI capture back.
  • What counts as one AI capture?

One thing you hand Kora to structure: a voice note, a typed note, an image or a file. Editing by hand is never counted, on any plan. The trial gives you 20, at 2 a day for the first 4 days and 4 a day after.
  • Can I export everything and leave?

Yes, from Settings, without asking anyone. One CSV each for contacts, companies, deals and interactions, or a single Excel workbook with a tab per entity. It works on every plan, including after a trial has ended.

A security review asks harder questions than these. Every third party that touches your data is named on the security page, and so is everything Kora does not have yet.

Tell it about one conversation.

Watch it become a record that stays.
